The Treasures of Darkness: Working with the Shadow

What is our Shadow? What do we do with those sides of ourselves that are not so easy to include in our spiritual journey? How does the Shadow relate to our inner freedom and fullness of life? The workshop will help us explore ways of understanding and working with the Shadow as understood by Carl Jung. This day is primarily focused around resourcing self-insight and reflection, but will through this provide insights into Shadow work with others within the context of the spiritual journey. Our day will have a quiet, gentle flavour giving compassionate space for deepening self-understanding.

‘I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places,’ Isaiah 45:3
