Encounter Course: Train as a Spiritual Director
For over a decade LCSD has formed people from across the UK and Europe to be Spiritual Directors and to learn the art of spiritual accompaniment. It was developed out of over 25 years of prior experience and teaching in what was then the London Diocesan Course in Spiritual Direction.
Refresher Course for Spiritual Directors
A six month programme for trained Spiritual Directors who would like a refresher. Perhaps you have not been practising for a while and feel rusty, or you would like a reminder of the basics and to grow in confidence.
Supervision Training
Supervision of Spiritual Directors is an important and creative ministry. We offer training for experienced Spiritual Directors who feel drawn to grow in their offerings.
Sacred Pathways: Renewing Your Practice, Voice, and Vision
A series of three interactive and reflective sessions for Spiritual Directors that seeks to reground new (or weary!) spiritual companions in their practice, empower them to develop their unique charism and reconnect them to a vision for Spiritual Direction in the church and wider community.
Safeguarding Bolt On
This is a supplementary course and does not provide Level 1 Safeguarding certification. It is an interactive online workshop that complements your basic Safeguarding training, and explores how Safeguarding principles apply specifically to Spiritual Direction through discussions and real-world case studies.
