Drawing Fruit from Our Ministry: Preparing for supervision as a spiritual practice

Reflecting on a Spiritual Direction session can reveal much that went unattended to in the moment. This workshop explores a method of reviewing your practice rooted in ancient spiritual tradition and embodying an Ignatian dynamic. As Directors, we need to model the 'dance' of action and reflection that we hope our directees will discover in their own lives. Through this reflective and interactive day, participants will learn how to prepare for supervision with greater clarity and a deeper contemplative stance. Participants will explore how to begin a process of self-supervision that is thorough yet prayerful whilst honouring the sacredness of the Spiritual Direction space. This workshop aims to enhance your ability to draw fruit from your ministry, enriching both your practice and your spiritual lives.

“Consider, observe, and contemplate... and then reflect and draw some fruit from it" (Ignatius)
