How can Spiritual Directors help Christian ministers build a healthy and flourishing spiritual life in the face of the challenges of pastoral ministry?
As one directee has commented, “It's easy to be a competent vicar without God getting involved.”
This workshop focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities in providing Spiritual Direction to clergy, those in training for ordination, and individuals working in Christian ministry. Participants will explore the specific needs of these groups and develop strategies for effective spiritual accompaniment in these contexts.
