Breath is at the very source of life. Scripture says that we live and move and breathe and have our whole beings in Christ. In this workshop, we'll explore the importance of breath in our practice as spiritual directors and discover ways of breathing that invite us into closer connection with the presence and movement of God, cultivating a more embodied rhythm in our lives and ministries. We'll share insights on anatomy, respiration, breathing impacts on the nervous system, and optimal breathing for overall wellness.

Hope is a holistic wellness instructor, outreach networker, and Spiritual Director. She is passionate about helping others notice and respond to God's invitations in mind, body, and spirit and to discover and discern how to live into the fullness of our unique design. Hope completed her Spiritual Direction and Spiritual Exercise training through Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She lives in Tervuren, Belgium with her family.
