Catherine Armstrong
Catherine is an experienced spiritual director and supervisor who taught for many years on the Encounter course. She has an MA in Christian Spirituality focusing particularly on Spiritual Direction and mental health and is continuing her research in this field. She also is a trained self care facilitator. Catherine works in the NHS as a peer support lead using her lived experience of a mental health disability to come alongside others who are in crisis.
Beki Rogers
Beki is the Director of the Centre, being responsible for the day to day running and strategic vision. She is a Spiritual Director, who trained on the Encounter Course, as well as being involved in Lay Training and Discipleship with the London Diocese. She is ordained and served her curacy in north Birmingham, she and her family now live in East London, where she and her husband lead one of the Stepney churches.
